Eldon Sweden – Success Through Service and Innovation
For the last several years, Eldon’s Swedish division has fought to win back its position as a leading distributor of installation and industrial enclosure products.
During the last year, we’ve started to see some real success on that front as more and more customers are using our products in various kinds of installations.

Primarily, we attribute our recent sales success to our growing range of increasingly well-designed products. Our enclosure products are well adapted to the market, functional and easy to install. Also, Eldon Sweden’s highly responsive sales support team (in the picture at the Elfak's exhibition) is second to none when it comes to going the extra mile for our customers. These fine folks also deserve thanks for their part in growing our Swedish business.

As innovation has been a key to our success, it pleases me to announce we are launching a new enclosure for the residential market. This enclosure, the DB, has a modern design and is easy to install.
We are also very pleased with the recent success of our “farmer” enclosure, a stainless steel product especially suited to demanding environments, such as the food industry, agriculture and launderettes, etc.
 Our Swedish marketing team deserves kudos for their performance this year as well. They have devised a series of brochures which helps our customers visualize our enclosures and accessories as complete solutions which work together, not simply disparate parts. Two enclosure solution examples include our pre-connected steel and polystyrene enclosures and our R.O.T re-construction assortment.
The marketing team has also the designed the sales boards now featured at many of our wholesalers. These boards enable us to communicate with our customers and deliver information about new and existing products. The information displayed is constantly updated, so our customers are getting the latest news on product development and availability.
 Of the many sales successes this year worth mentioning, particularly noteworthy is Eldon’s contract to supply all low voltage products to the Scandic Hotel Anglais (220 rooms) in Stockholm City. In this installation Eldon delivered everything from switchgears to distribution centres and enclosures to each and every room. The centres are equipped with a bus system for room surveillance.
To carry out this major project, we worked together with our panel builders in assembling the various applications using our components. Landing such a large order is proof that Eldon Sweden has succeeded in recovering the position we deserve in the market. It is great to see our new products appealing to the market.
Of course we are very pleased with these latest developments but, needless to say, we have no plans to rest on our laurels. Our team will continue to strive for increased customer satisfaction through superior products and service. One product area, in particular, we see as having a lot of growth potential is the industrial enclosure business. Over the next year, we will be working hard to bring our wide range of industrial products to our customers.
