Eldon Denmark's Exhibition at EL & TEKNIK 2006 a Triumph
 Eldon's first appearance at Denmark's EL & TEKNIK 2006 last month in Odense was a major success. The tradeshow was attended by almost 9,000 electrical professionals, ranging from panel builders and OEM employees to electricians and consultants. In attendance for Eldon were Julian de la Cuesta, Vice Preside of Marketing, Anders Mälström, Sales and Marketing Manager, Pieter Dekker, Product Manager Enclosures and Lars Thestesen, Area Sales Manager Denmark.
Eldon demonstrated a large portion of its range of floor standing and wall mounted enclosures.
"We were very pleased with the results of our first exhibition at EL & TEKNIK 2006," said Lars Thestesen. "The event gave us an opportunity to meet with many of the key players in the Danish electrical equipment market. We were particularly pleased by the strong response to our stainless steel wall mounting enclosures, especially the AFS series, which are made according to the demand of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point ). As we are one of the biggest providers offering high quality stainless steel enclosures to the Danish market, the product was especially well received, particularly by those in the food industry."
Thestesen continued: "The show was also a major win for us in term in terms of new business. We not only came away with numerous sales leads; a good number of those leads have already become Eldon customers."
Eldon also used the exhibition as an opportunity to demonstrate its ability to create specials from catalogue products. Attendees were very impressed by the custom display enclosure which featured examples Eldon's expertise in the creation of specials.
The exhibition represented the initial salvo of Eldon's marketing push into Denmark.
