Eldon and Beldick Automation Set Sail in The Netherlands
This year's Eldon distributor event once again featured sailing on scenic Lake Eernewoude off the Prinses Margriet Kanaal in the northern part of The Netherlands.
Eldon's Alexander van der Weide, Cor Boon and Wieger Westra were joined for the day of sailing by nearly twenty employees of Eldon's strategic partner Beldick Automation, one of the Netherlands most respected providers of burner management and boiler control systems.
"Beldick's expertise with burner management and boiler control systems is known throughout the industry," said Cor Boon, Account Manager, Eldon. "Having a strategic partners like Beldick is very important for us. Not only do they possess a high degree of technical knowledge, they also provide us with customer feedback on how to improve the performance and ease-of-use of our products and in so doing increase overall customer satisfaction.
 The day's events commenced with coffee and cake and featured a presentation by Cor Boon before the group took to the water, piloting the single-masted vessel along the surface of the pristine lake. The product training featured the Multiflex range of floorstanding enclosures and its accompanying accessories.
"We really enjoyed getting out onto the lake with Eldon's team," said Cor Prins, Managing Director, Beldick. "We also enjoyed the briefing on Eldon's enclosures. We were very impressed with the product's quality and the ease of installation."
The outing was capped off by a lakeside barbeque.
