The partial doors are available in sizes ranging from 150 high to 1000 high. It is important that installation and service is easy and simple.

 

To enhance the installation and service friendliness of partial doors the hinges have been changed. The Eldon partial doors DP015xx and DP020xx have received a new hinge pin with integrated adjustment. Also this new pin makes it possible to take out even the smallest doors without affecting any of the other compartment doors. This way groups in service do not need to be shut down since they are unaffected by the work done on a compartment under or above. With two special small pins and the standard hinge the small doors are completely adjustable. Even after installation adjustments can be made. And installation is simple even when the room above is already used for other partial doors or panels.

 

For the DP025xx and the DP030xx new hinge pins where designed so it is always possible to remove doors simply without touching other doors or panels, as is practice with many other products in the market.
