Stainless Steel Farm Enclosures in Sweden

Launched twelve months ago, Eldon’s new line of stainless steel enclosures for farms, the “Lantbrukscentral” NGRA  is selling briskly throughout Sweden. The enclosure’s release came on the heels of both the Swedish government and several Swedish insurance companies suggesting that stainless steel was a much safer material for enclosure construction across a broad array of applications than traditional plastic enclosures. This was largely due to the danger of fire when using plastic. The report highlighted several key arenas when the protection of stainless steel was warranted, including farms, car washes, light industry and marinas.

“We’re quite pleased at the pace the new stainless steel enclosures are selling,” says Anders Malstrom, Sales and Marketing Manager at Eldon AB, “and with an IP rating of 55 we feel confident that people are buying a product that will ultimately keep them safer.”

Several Swedish insurers feel the need to switch to from plastic to stainless steel enclosures to be so important, they have announced incentives for farms and other businesses with outdoor facilities that replace their old plastic enclosures with new ones constructed of stainless steel.

The new stainless steel enclosures are available from wholesalers carrying Eldon products throughout Sweden.
